Warm a small amount between your palms. It will melt as you warm it up in your hands, then massage into scalp with your hands or a scalp massager, focusing on thinning or dry areas. Leave on for an hour or overnight, then wash with a gentle shampoo 2x. You can also apply it generously to ends of your hair.
